and say what u want about Joe Cal, he wud have handled Froch with ease
Froch shud count himself lucky he doesnt have that loss on his resume..Comment

He presents a harder challenge because as you just admitted, he's a more talented fighter than Froch. He's more versatile. He presents more problems to Ward. It's clear as day. Calzaghe would be by far better than anyone Ward has faced including Froch.Calzaghe is more talented, yeah. Zab Judah is more talented than both. So what? Talent isn't the be all and end all.
Ok he's a level above
If you say so. Froch's resume is still better hence why I said he's surpassed him.
Well yeah Calzaghe presents a different challenge than Froch. Goes without saying. I don't understand these constant meaningless statments. He offers a different challenge but I doubt he presents a harder one. Ward's levels above anything Calzaghe has seen and more than the "gap" between Froch and Calzaghe.
Your argument is that Froch's resume is deeper with better "B" level guys like Bute and Pascal who are apparently so much better than guys like Reid or Bika - ok cool. That's not enough for him to surpass Calzaghe in my book especially when like I keep saying his best win is still an older Kessler who Joe already had custody of.
Calzaghe also went up and won the Light Heavyweight title in his first fight at the weight. Froch refuses to move up in weight. Another thing which makes if difficult to justify any argument that he's "surpassed" Calzaghe.Comment

Probably because he was paid for the sparring by Team Hayemaker. What's he going to say? "Yeah I absolutely battered Groves, he has no chance against DeGale"That he didn't?
Why would he be obligated to say Groves have him issues in sparring.
One good punch can give you a black eye in sparring. Eroll Spence gave Mayweather a black eye aswell giving a guy a black eye doesn't equal "battering" them in sparring.
Plus sparring is sparring. Fights are totally different and it wouldnt surprise me at all if I saw Dirrell with his famous deer In the headlights look on his face after Groves hit him.
I don't even like Groves infact I can't stand the guy but Dirrell isn't exactly leauges higher. Maybe talent wise he is but that's about it.
People who spar each other always usually give each other respect afterwards. I think we all know he got taken to school in sparring.
Dirrell is levels above Groves in every way shape and form except maybe mentally. I keep hearing "wouldn't surprise me" which tells me you are not convinced. Dirrell would knock Groves out, any time or point in their careers. Unequivocally.Comment

Lmao Dirrell could not knock Curtis stevens out. Groves beat Degale, and Degale beat Dirrell.Probably because he was paid for the sparring by Team Hayemaker. What's he going to say? "Yeah I absolutely battered Groves, he has no chance against DeGale"

So all your weird sparring black eye triangle theories aint going to fly with me.
BTW frch lost 115-113 against ward, hardly a schooing in America....Comment

Sounds like you're implying that Bika is on the same level as Bute but by your own logic surely that isn't the case considering Bute beat him easily? He presents a harder challenge because as you just admitted, he's a more talented fighter than Froch. He's more versatile. He presents more problems to Ward. It's clear as day. Calzaghe would be by far better than anyone Ward has faced including Froch.

I won't even entertain the idea of Robin Reid being better than Bute.
Does Calzaghe even have any wins better than Bute? Arguably one or two at best.
So just because he's more talented he poses a bigger challenge? Ward is more talented than Calzaghe. I wouldn't expect Calzaghe to win more Rounds than Froch did against Ward. Just because he's more talented means what? Just because he has a difference style means what?
Who is more talented Canelo or Maidana? And which one gave Mayweather more problems?
Calzaghe is more talented than Froch. Never disputed that. Does that mean he's a better fighter?
How many times are you going to bring up the same triangle theory that I counter with saying styles make fights? Calzaghe beat Kessler easier than Froch did. Ok so? Ali lost to Frazier and Norton while Foreman pollaxed Frazier and Norton. Just because A beat C better than B beat C doesn't make A better than B. That's been shown literally time and time and time again.
Going up in weight doesn't prove anything either. Or atleast doesn't necesseraily mean you're better.Comment
