    That's my view as well.

It's far and away the most suspect thing to do with this topic.
Then why do you have a problem with it, because everyone on this site knows that you are the biggest Klitschko nut hugger of all time. What about your blatant bias against white foreign fighters? Maskaev desrves his shot just as much as any of the other bums that are ranked in the wbc. Will you still be bitching about Maskaev when he destroys Rahman and is the wbc champion?

I think you are confused. One has nothing to do with the other.

Maskaev hasn't done anything in 5 years, his eliminator was a joke, and him fighting for a title is a joke.

Toney threw 650+ punches in that horrible shape, well above Heavyweight average. He also landed the cleaner and more effective shots. Rahman threw 900+ shots, and unheard of amount.

It was a busy fight, and no clear winner should see them do it again.

Regardless of wheather Rock choaks agaisnt Maskaev, the winner's fighting Toney wheather you like it or not.

Maskaev's a joke, and you know it. He's done nothing in years, since he suffered embarassing losses to sub par fighters.

Any way you look at it him getting a shot is a joke.

My point exactly! Toney came into a fight that if he was in shape, he would have won easily! He blew his chance which in my opinion is worse then getting ko'd. He doesn't deserve a rematch because he lost! What ever happened to the old saying that you have to take the champions belt, which Toney didn't do so all the close rounds should have gone to Rahman anyways.

I just wanna see the goddamn unification already, they should've just said the hell with Maskaev and gave a rematch to Toney. Oleg hasnt done ****. If by some chance Maskaev beats Rock he would lose to Toney anyway.

Actually they shouldve said the hell with BOTH Toney and Maskaev and had Rahman fight Valuev and the winner of that fight the winner of Byrd/Wlad and then finally fight Brewster. Get this **** over with already its been too long.

Everyone know that Toney got a gift draw. You have to take the champ's belt and Toney didn't. He "should have" lost! Does that make you feel better?

Exactly but the wbc made the choices it made because of potential money. They can't back out now.
