Not long ago Froch made a poll on his own facebook page, who he should fight next. Your beloved Degale got the least votes by far, and who do you guess got the most votes? Exactly, Gennady Golovkin. Golovkin is by far the biggest fight for Froch right now. A middleweight that would move to your backyard to fight you? GGG is a superstar, Degale is internationally irrelevant, even in the UK GGG has more starpower. Deal with it. And tell Carl to be a man and accept the challenge. You are just afraid one of your favourite fighters might get beaten up while you should just be looking forward to a huge fight between two exciting fighters. Sore loser.
Ohhh a facebook poll. I do apologise. We all know that clicking "like" on Facebook is the primary indicator of popularity in the UK

If GGG is such a superstar then why isn't he an HBO PPV fighter?

If GGG is such a big name in the UK, then why did his Channel 5 FREE TV ratings on PRIME TIME in the UK absolutely tank against Martin Murray?

Why did "my beloved DeGale" get better ratings on the same channel when he was fighting the likes of Dyah Davis, Stjepan Bozic and Gevorg Khatchikian?

    Are you from the UK?

The incentive is HBO PPV and until your boy convinces his paymasters to put him on there against Froch, he can waste away his nothing career fighting the Willie Jrs of this world.
For the 10th time duma$$, Froch is not making half of the Groves purse against anyone on HBO PPV. Not even if you go back in time and erase Chavez Fonfara, Froch is not getting 6m. He's the definite B-side here. Hell he's B-side to GGG, who's not PPV even. So lets drop this HBO PPV excuse finally, it's overdue.

Excuse? Why should Froch have to bring everything to the table? All he's asking is for Golovkin to bring HBO PPV and it's a done deal but your boy's team can't get the job done. So until then, tough ****. The Cobra is fine where he's at with a HOF career, a massive fortune and a 10/10 wife.

Golovkin is the one who needs this. Pull your socks up and try harder.

If it's too much risk for p4p rated, bigger, battle proven warrior Froch, that should answer any questions about GGG's resume you might have.

Which BTW is no worse, probably better, than Kessler's when he beat Froch, unless you count convincing losses.

I don't have any questions about Golovkin's resume - it's categorically and unequivocally ***ing atrocious.

You should tell that to Froch, he's not convinced. He already lost to a guy with a similar/weaker resume, though not as brutally as this would go.

There's nothing to convince anyone about - Golovkin's career is pathetic. And he's 33 years old.

That doesn't mean he isn't a good fighter. And that doesn't mean Froch is just going to fight him for the sake of it.

HBO PPV, b1tch. Simple as that.

                  What about Lara?

"Ummm.....errrmm....it can happen....I'll get back to you on that one"
Like I already said, you don't know the conversations HBO and Loeffler have had. If HBO told him, look we aren't doing business with Haymon at this time, how is Loeffer going to offer Lara anything if the fight can't even possibly happen? And this isn't just Lara this is Jacobs and Quillin and anyone other PBC fighter. Obviously GGG would be going after those guys as well if they weren't with Haymon, but he can't.

If Lara turns it down and its a good offer, then ok Lara is ducking. But you're pre-emptively trying to renege a fight.
Remember when Peter Quillin got an offer to fight his mandatory on that RocNation card on HBO?
Why didn't that fight happen? Those guys are allowed to fight on any network they want to, right? lol
Don't you think that sets a precedent?
GGG vs Lara would be on a different promoter's show,on HBO, and isn't even a mandatory.
Haymon is paying money out of his own pocket for his fighters to fight on other networks. These are real things.
You want them to throw an offer out there just for ****s n giggles?
K2 sent an offer their way last year when Quillin and Richard Schaefer were running their mouths again about fighting GGG.
All of a sudden, Schaefer wanted to talk about the networks trading fighters and Kid Undercard didn't say a ****ing thing.
