Starting to sound like a Cotto fan there.Excuse? Why should Froch have to bring everything to the table? All he's asking is for Golovkin to bring HBO PPV and it's a done deal but your boy's team can't get the job done. So until then, tough ****. The Cobra is fine where he's at with a HOF career, a massive fortune and a 10/10 wife.
Golovkin is the one who needs this. Pull your socks up and try harder.Comment

The guy is shook, much like those Cotto fans. I understand them, it's really no contest vs GGG, but everyone here would love to see GGG vs Froch and it makes him very upset. On behalf of Froch he says, beat Lara, then go HBO PPV, then we'll fight you.Comment

I thought he just said he was open to it? Being open to the fight is one thing, now HBO and Haymon both have to be on board too, not to mention Lara and his manager who as we went over blows a lot of hot air himself. I mean is anything real here, other than decubas on Twitter saying he'll fight Golovkin? I'm extremely skeptical of decubas Twitter talk.Comment

I'd love to see it too. I'd love to see Golovkin "deliberately" allow Froch to punch him in the skull and see what happens.
But the point is that Froch doesn't need to work another day in his life. Unlike Golovkin, Froch's amassed a fortune and has arguably the best resume in recent history.
He doesn't owe Golovkin or some dorks on the internet like you another fight unless its worth his while. HBO PPV. Not hard to understand.
Shook? LOL...of what? I've seen Froch win big fights and lose big fights. It's been an amazing journey. A loss to the supposed biggest monster in boxing at 38 years old won't hurt his legacy.
Whereas you have only got to watch Golovkin beat up journeymen that no one cares about and have an absolutely nothing career at 33 years old
Imagine if he was to lose to a 38 year old war torn Froch in his first step up. You probably would need years of grief counselling and plenty of rectal cream.Comment

So call their bluff. It's not hard, is it?I thought he just said he was open to it? In case they fight, they'll fight at the Wembley -- tickets to be sold out in 5 minutes.
Wembley has a roof for the fans, a canopy would be over the ring as I think it was for Groves. Frampton fought Martinez outdoors in September so I doubt temperature would be an issue. It couldn't happen in August?
I'm not sure Vegas would outpay a Wembley fight plus PPV. Froch earned $13m against Groves, is he going to get that fighting in Las Vegas?Comment

Froch was getting taken to school by Jermaine Taylor, got a home town decision against Dirrell, Lost to Kesler, was absolutely dominated by Ward.Froch would beat GGG in Nottingham after a tune up fight. Froch if sharp would be too big for GGG at 168lbs weighed in and 182 fight night. and could push the smaller overrated over-hyped never fought anyone good Golovkin. GGG might be the most overhyped fighter ever. Watch. In the USA the fight is a toss up?
He managed to remake a name for himself by blowing out the always irrelevant and over hyped Lucian Bute, and and then fighting only domestic level competition.
I mean George Groves... its great that it drew a big crowd on that side of the pond, but when did George Groves become world class? And Froch had to fight him twice?
Leaky defense, big balls, cracked chin, but convinced it's still granite... Perfect Golovkin opponent. I honestly couldn't design a fighter more suited to take a beating from Golvkin if I tried. Well besides Chavez Jr.Comment
