Yeah and look at the ratings for the Murray fight. They completely bombed on primetime Free television in the UK.

Neither of you are from the UK. I can walk outside my house right now and ask the first 100 people I meet who Gennady Golovkin is and not one mother***er is gonna know.

Froch and Hearn are interested in a ggg fight

But once they "find out" it won't be hbo ppv , they will blame that? Lmao

    This is hilarious

    Publicity stunt
But they've always said they want it on HBO PPV. They've never changed that stance. Why are you acting like they're flip-flopping? If HBO can deliver PPV then the fight happens. "Blame" - you're such a ***ing clueless n00b.

Fighters don't just fight for the sake of it. They want to be paid. That's why your overrated bum hero Hopkins turned down fights with Jones, Calzaghe and Toney in his prime. Cos he wanted to fight bums and wait for an Oscar fight. Oh but that doesn't count, right?

Probably the City Ground in Nottingham which would sell out 30-40k. But Froch could sell that out fighting anyone. The opponent is irrelevant. For a place like Wembley, you really need to have an opponent that people are really invested in.

And Jas - you absolute buffoon - do you think Gennady Golovkin's people would be at all interested in this fight if it wasn't on Sky PPV and they weren't getting a chunk of the UK revenue?

***in dumbass. That's the reason Golovkin won't fight Ward.

Seems like Team 3G better do whatever is possible to entice Froch. It isn't guaranteed that Froch is even mentally prepared or motivated anymore, but they need to show him that they're dead serious about making the match-up happen. GGG seems to have a good thing going right now, but they need to aim higher and it starts with getting this Froch fight.
