Because if he tries to screw HBO that's where he will be fighting and they better have room for the rest of Roc Nation's stable because none of them will be fighting on HBO anytime soon if Cotto reneges on his contract with them. I guess he could fight GGG, but why take on just as dangerous a fight (if not more) against GGG for half the money that a Canelo bout would bring?
