I will also be keep track of the clinches/bending below the waist and other fouls i find but that is for another thread.

    • Daggum is so butt hurt with Pac's loss that he took the time to count every punch to make a case for Pac

      • Floyd won but he didn't dominate or school Pac he just managed to edge a few more rounds than Pac.

A few more Pac flurrys in a couple of those rounds and he takes it.

          • I had it 8-4 on the night. Haven't rewatched it.

Any thread exposing Compubox is a good thread in my book. I'm surprised to read in the thread that some posters thought Compubox is some scientific data taking system..and not just 2 men pressing button when they think a punch has landed.

I didn't believe the numbers and now I have my own evidence that they were wrong.
At the very least if one is going to use compubox stats, why not have 3 people on each guy and do a mean for the resulting punches thrown?

No need when they bring the chips in

                • Compubox only counts for Floyd fans when it suits them

That's funny when Pacquiao fans are the ones that always brought up those numbers as proof Mayweather lost to Castillo.

Now Compubox is inaccurate to the same people.

This might be reaching, but if you could make a video walking through each punch and talking over, I think that would be extremely enlightening for many fans on here. I know it would take forever, but maybe do it for swing rounds at the minimum.

I believe that is one thing that is lacking in boxing. A good show which uses good analysis to break down fights. Most shows are people just arguing and giving opinions without backing their statements up with video data. In any other sport, video footage is shown in slow motion explaining a play, etc.

Anyhow, if you had a youtube channel or blog doing this for various fights, I would definitely watch it.
I second the motion. I don't care if it would take a week or two for you to finish it. Let's show the people just how much of a joke compubox really is.
