I'm not saying fight like a brawler but at least thrown some combinations or go to the body more I have no problem with how Floyd fought he fought smart and got the victory but don't act like he had manny on the ropes and was teeing off on him. Neither guy came to fight both guys boxed and thats what we got a boxing match.pacquao definetly fought scared.there were opportunitirs for Floyd to get him out of there if he threw more combinations.

Did Pacquiao's corner tell him anything during those rounds? Because if they didn't, then that may be the reason why. I don't think Manny was tired.

you couldn't be more wrong. You know I have never thought Manny was ever on Floyd's level. we got closure. As a Floyd fan and someone who needles pac fan, the ending was definitive and I got some material for the trolls.

As a boxing fan, which I have been longer than most on NSB, I am disgusted with Manny and you should be too. That was not the performance you expect from a guy many of us consider one of the 50 or so greatest to ever fight. He never tried to win. that is why I am angry.

By never trying to win Manny robbed the sport of its ability to show the sports world that hand to hand combat is the definitive measure of a man.

The biggest selling point of this fight was how could a great defensive boxer stand up to an all out onslaught from a fast, powerful, motivated, disrespected, champion. The sport and the real fans deserved Manny going for broke.

He wouldn't and the sport is being punished by mainstream fans because of it.

i re watched the fight the other day and it was very entertaining, never a dull moment

people say floyd is boring, but it takes two to tango

hatton vs floyd was far from boring, it was electric from the first bell

Floyd showed in the 9th round of that fight he could have made that fight VERY boring. He chose to show he was a better inside fighter than Hatton and that led to a pretty entertaining(though quite ugly) fight.

Your right about manny he looked scared imo he talked all that **** that he was going to throw alot of punches and the dude threw less than Floyd.
