i dunno that they would. and i dunno that haymon is against working with them, i think there is plenty of animosity on both sides. at least in oscars case its justified. but that doesnt mean u know they would work with haymon. neither side has shown any inclination to maintain a working relationship. lets not be biased.

thats the thing. the original intent of the ali act was to protect fighters from getting shafted by manages, which was quite the norm back in the day. it was not for anti trust litigation. so the remedies would have revolved around that. its hard to see how they make it work for them, especially when they dont have any fighters joining in the suit with them@WaifuCru @steveucnlive so far Ive resisted the urge to look into exactly what the Ali Act says/remedies it provides. But he tells them they have to get his permission to fight certain boxers. He controls them, puts on their shows, promotes the shows through his company, and "manages" their careers. I don't see any difference. Boxers sign with promoters....every other day there is an article about another guy signing with Hymen; sounds like a promoter to me.Comment

Do these idiots think that PBC bouts involving Haymon fighters aren't promoted by anyone? There's always a promoter, and Haymon has laid out a smart business plan to use said promoters to air his bouts on national TV. Man, some of you dudes are way too emotional that a guy like Haymon is so successful. It irks you doesn't it?Comment

Thanks. Thats Molinas promoter? Thats 2 cards promoted by undercard B siders team. And its not like they assume the financial risk, the other guys "advisor" does or his investors. Not that this is necessarily worse but its not exactly by the bookComment
