Duva is the one that ran to the wbc asking for a 50 split.Yvon agreed and he said if they lost the bid they would still fight kov where ever

More likely that HBO doesn't want to fork out huge sums of money, just like they originally didn't when they wouldn't match the ridiculous Showtime bid of Aducknis/Fonfara.
