One more time: Hatton's stated objective for fighting in the USA this year was to take fights that would increase his popularity and fanfair in North America.
The casual fan doesn't know much about him, and isn't going to care if he fights Collazo or Rabah.
If he were to fight Augustus, more people watch, the match up has the making of a great exciting fight (think of how Ward Augustus is still replayed to this day) and it increases his popularity and generates more interest in future fights.
That's beside the point of Collazo's camp asking for a Million dollars and Augustus willing to throw down for 950 Grand less than that.
