Isn't it all but confirmed Tyson gots next with Wladimir?

It doesn't sound like their were talks for this fight at all & thats why its going to purse bids. Seems like a non-news story.

Erkan will fight someone for the vacant EBU title & Tyson vs Wladimir will happen.

I know who Ustinov is, I would choose him to beat Fury.... no joke.

What I'm saying is wasn't Fury supposed to fight Pulev at some point? Pulev-Fury to become Wlad's mandatory but Fury pulled out? I know it was Pulev- I just don't remember who pulled out of the fight against him... I could of swore it was Fury

Instead, he's simply a product of careful management/promotion and sanctioning body rankings.

(if this wasn't Fury who pulled out against Pulev, disregard this. But I'm pretty sure it was)
Fury was lined up for an eliminator against Pulev when was offered £5million to fight David Haye, so he went for the Haye fight instead.

It was a no brainer - £5million for Haye or 200.000 EUR for Pulev. It was an offer he couldn't refuse, especially as he had always wanted to fight Haye.

Of all Wlad's challengers, Fury has the best chance of beating him. I believe the negotiations are in progress for Wlad vs Fury. I really hope it happens next, after Wlad gets through with Jennings.

Fury would have clowned Ustinov, of that I have no doubt whatsoever.

yes but he took the haye fight instead for much more money. what a duck. you would choose ustinov to beat fury? based on what? he can't box at all. has no power and no defense. how is he going to win? pulev just jabbed him all fight because he had his hands down. fury can do the same and moves a hell of a lot better than pulev. easy fight for fury against a walking punch bag.

The more I find out about Tyson Fury, the more I am convinced that he is striving to drag the heavyweight division down to depths from which it will likely never recover. That Tyson Fury makes Jethro Bodine appear to be Ivy League material is only part of the equation; the remainder is that all too many boxing fans readily lap up the tripe which Tyson dishes out and worse yet eagerly queue up for additional servings.
