There should be a new rule that in order to fight a guy, Fury has to be able to pronounce their name first.

His handlers know this and that's why they want their Wlad shot, so he can get paid before he loses to someone. Every time I watch im fight I'm hoping he will show some great improvement and appear to have elevated his game. No sir, he looks just as sloppy and uncoordinated as always. That chisora II fight I've never seen someone look worse in a domanting victory.

There is a class of fighter like Pulev who I believe would be much improved if they ditched the old trainer and got a real top level trainer. I used to think fury was one of these but the more I see him I realize even emmanual stewart wouldn't have been able to help him.
Manny Steward tipped Fury as a future world champ.

Did he ? I never heard anyone else quote this bar Fury himself. As soon as Emanuel passed I heard Bunce start another rumour regarding Steward saying Chisora had Wlad scared, again another unfounded rumor started after the death of the trainer. Convenient nobody else was around to clarify this bs. The more and more I hear it, it sounds like hyperbole, especially having watched successive Chisora and Fury performances from one year to the next after these comments apparently took place, lol.

He's not honestly going to schedule a fight before Klitschko/Jennings is he? WTF? He's a mandatory. I thought he wanted it this time.

Why not? Easy payday and a stay busy fight.
Wlad-Fury won't be happening until September at the earliest anyway, and Wlad may decide to unify instead.

Chisora improved a lot after losing to Haye, with the changes he made to his diet and training. As their second fight proved though, Fury has improved a heck of a lot more.

I don't think the weight loss helped him at all. He already had no issues going 12 rounds as he showed against helenius & vitali. He never had speed or great punching power so it didn't help in either department. When he was in the 250s he was a block in the ring & he pushed helenius & vitali around. He was as strong as a bull & could absorb shots way better with extra 20 lbs. This is what I think of Arreola too. Dropping weight doesn't always help these guys. I remember Rahman\Tua 2. Rahman came in a career high 260 right before his 2nd Title reign. He threw 80 punches a round for most of the fight. His explanation before the fight was he thought the extra bulk would help him absorb Tua's hook better. Hard to disagree after the fight...

I think chisora's chin got worse tho after haye tapped it. he was hurt in a few of his fights after haye by light hitters. the chisora that gave vitali a tough fight wouldnt have been hurt by those guys imo. anyway,,,it was still a good win for fury and I think he is a pretty good fighter and has improved steadily. I just dont think he has anything to beat wlad with but hes def a top 5 heavyweight and would have a good chance against wilder

"Risky business" for Hammer.......Fury was more likely to risk being Ko'd walking into the ring.....
