      Floyd: 1 punch landed
      Manny: 3 punches landed

        • I think I know what the problem is. The reason you did not get what I was saying was because you don't have any comprehensive skills. How could you take what I said...

So basically what you did was try to flip what I said in your explanation. What are you a Jedi or something? You have to negotiate which means come to terms before the contract is signed. Sometimes companies, people, individuals can draft a contract more than once because like you said people move the goal post and hold out and play their cards. Didn't you say that about Mayweather? so if you are saying that Manny signed a contract and Floyd didn't because he wanted to move the goal post..... Would that not mean that more than one contract would have to be drafted it up? Your words not mine.

I don't have to share squat with you because I know that contracts are not only people sitting down, agreeing on all points and then drafting up paper work. Sometimes companies, people, individuals have there mandatory contracts that they throw out there first to see what they can get but know that they will most likely have to make changes to the contract especially when you have your lawyer go through it. Contracts can get changed more than once before they are signed and that's a damn fact but yet you are telling me that contracts can only get signed if everyone already agreed on all points.

Sometimes companies, individuals, person send you a contract that they draft up and if the person(s) don't like it they have their lawyer(s) change it, then send it back. No one will sign the contract until everything is agreed upon and that is what I said. I'll make it simpler, do you think when Jay Z got his first deal with Def Jam, he sat down with them and talked it out before he got the contract? NO, they sent him their contract and he made changes and Def Jam drafted up a new contract, sent it to him and I'm 100% sure he had his people look it over again to make sure it was right. Just shows Manny is a damn fool for "supposedly" signing a contract that Floyd himself did not agree with. How do you say "hey, this is what I want, draft up a contract (wasting paper and ink), sign it and then send it over to a guy who ain't even communicating with you? What a JACK ASS. That or or a person must be desperate.

Damn, you are struggling for an argument and it is weak. When a contract is written, there has been an agreement. If one party signs and the other doesn't and decides to move the goal post, another round of negotiations ensues and another contract is written when new terms are agreed to. As you alluded to, this iteration can go on and on until both parties sign. So your "FACTS" that Pacman lied about signing a contract breaks apart. It is sensible for Pacman to sign the contract if he agrees to it. If Floyd decides to move the goal post, the contract becomes moot and Floyd can then proclaim there is no contract. In other words, Pacman can sign all contracts that can be written up but until Floyd signs, there is no binding contract and the illiterate Floyd can proclaim endlessly that there is no contract.

But really, I could care less about the contract controversy. The fight has been made and that's what counts. Let it be a clean, uncorrupted fight and may the best man win.

Are you sure you've negotiated contracts before?? Can't even share one of your so-called negotiated contracts. I'm just asking for one. Pick the simplest one and let's pick it apart. Is Pacman lying or are y..?

ONE MORE TIME, let's give the forum a lesson in CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS 101. Waiting....

You are double talking trying to clean up your crap. Look at what you wrote on two different occasions. You are the weak one and it has been proven. All you are doing is saying what I already said but trying to flip it in your own way. First you "never ever draft up a contract unless everyone agrees" but then later when I called you out on it you change it up about drafting up new contracts when the parties don't agree. Which one is it? Fact is no matter how many drafts of a contract is made, you NEVER sign it before both people say it's a go. What don't you understand? Anyways, I do agree with you that the fight has been made and now we will get a chance to see Manny get beat by Floyd FINALLY.
