You all wanted evidence that:
- Floyd wanted ALL PPV revenue in 2012. Once Floyd confirmed, you all said its not a roadblock. Its a great deal.
- Floyd invited Ariza. You wanted more evidence. A picture? You wanted more evidence. A video. More evidence required. Ariza tweet. More evidence evidence ..... a contract. Still wanted more evidence.
- Maidana gloves issue. You wanted evidence that they were approved. News came out that FLoyd didn't want Maidana to fight even with Approved gloves. FLoyd fans then come back with excuses to protect Floyd.
Well, Manny does bring it up here.

What you are not understanding is that how can Floyd sign a contract when the network situation was not worked out? Is this not com*****g in your brain stem? There is no way that Manny or Floyd could sign away on a fight that involves exclusive deals with networks or commitments to them. This is what you are not understanding and I don't get it. There was no contract before both of them met at the Heat game. It was just Manny and Arum saying what they agreed to and for Floyd to sign the contract. Koncz already made it very clear that they made it up courtesy of Arum's orders. What don't you guys understand? You cannot sign off on a business ventures when there are more parties involved. I'll make it simpler..... If Manny and Floyd signed the contract and the networks never worked out a deal then how would the fight happen?
"San Francisco, CA- While chatting with Larry Merchant on the Sunday edition of “Ring Talk Worldwide,” the Godfather of HBO Boxing said that, “There has been no back and forth negotiation between Floyd Mayweather. Manny Pacquiao and Bob Arum have been negotiating with themselves.”

Here's the sequence of events in negotiations. The parties come together, they negotiate and then come to an agreement on one or many points (gloves, ring size, money split, etc). If there is agreement on all points, a contract is written and presented for signature by both parties. A contract will never ever be written unless there has been agreement on both sides. Why would you waste time and ink on writing a contract that is not based on common principles? Do you understand that Grustler? You have never negotiated a contract and if by any slim chance you might have, I bet my house that you came out on the raw end of the deal. If you did negotiate a contract, can you share the details? I might just learn something from you.Last edited by GRUSTLER; 03-08-2015, 07:53 PM.

Why the hell would Mayweather and Pacquiao sign an agreement if they are not sure that the fight gets made? That's a waste of paper and ink. Why do you think they kept saying the networks were the only road block? They cannot sign a contract without all principals in agreement. So Manny saying "Floyd sign the contract" was irrelevant because the business aspect of it wasn't even handled and that was obviously made clear by all sides. I'm not talking about them agreeing because we were debating about whether or not there was a already a signed contract by Manny Pacquiao. Once Showtime and HBO did their thing, Manny signed and then Floyd. How does this not make sense to you?

If there is a contract to sign, there has been agreement. Otherwise, there would be no contract. Do you understand that? If you really are smart and have actually dealt with million dollar contracts in real life, you would know that unless a contract is signed, the agreement is non-binding which means that either party can move the goal post. Obviously, there was a contract to sign because agreement had been reached at that time. Pacman signed that contract but because Floyd wanted to move the goal post like he always does, he then claims that there is no contract. The guy is illiterate and wouldn't know the difference between a contract and an agreement. BUT, he does know for sure that there will be flowmoes like you who will be chomping at the bit at anything he says to denigrate Pac. Flowmoes, like you, who pretend to know 'business'. Now back to the world of adults.

Going by your ramblings here, I doubt that you have.Last edited by GRUSTLER; 03-08-2015, 08:06 PM.

Also, how did Floyd move the goal post when Manny agreed to 60/40, random drug testing and so forth? There was never any goal post moved but rather just Arum, Manny and Koncz blowing smoke.

No matter how you try to paint the picture the message is the same and that message is "there was never a contract" nor was there any agreement reached because HBO and Showtime did not come to terms. Floyd had to tell Koncz and Manny to stop lying. Dude even apologized for it, Arum back tracked on it and here you are trying to sound intelligent. Facts are they were lying.
