This was a good topic to have a legitimate boxing discussion and it got ruined 2 pages in.
If the topic was " War in Iraq" Mayweather's name would have come up in one form.or another.

Floyd dont run as much as no damn SRL stop lying. Floyd is more of a stand down masterboxer. He ran in both Madana fights, but against Nelo, Mosley, Ortiz, he walked them big guys down like it was nothing.

He shoulder rolled the shiat out of Nelio. SRL didnt have the skills to do what Floyd did, he just didnt. So he ran WAAAY more and people dont talk about it just because he's a past ATG!!

Go back to your cheetos dinner blanco.
Are you ****in ******ed? You capitalize on advantages in the ring. A standard ring. You don't make a football field bigger to capitalize on a great passing game.

I would have to say it was getting Duran in the ring when he was at his worst shape near 200lbs. He was flat on fight night. Had Duran dicipline himself after the first fight, and came prepared for the rematch, i think we would've seen a fight just like the first one.

I remember you compared Floyd vs journeyman Maidana 1st fight to the war that Duran and Leonard had in their 1st fight. Tsk Tsk Larry.
SRL never went toe to toe and he ran way worse than Floyd. Toe to toe is what Floyd did to Canelo's bigazz. He walked him down like it was nothing. SRL ran around the ring from herns with that scared facial expression and once he realized he could hurt Herns, he had an exaggerated mean face like he's billy bad azz! He won that fight like a sucker with all that extra shiat!

well you can bet it wouldn't have turned into a clinch fest, you actually had to move in those days, if you gas now you gotta fight

nowadays you get the runner, and for some reason clinching is acceptable, and refs just love getting their moment of fame breaking fighters every 20 seconds, i mean if they didn't seperate them every time they got into shoulder touching proximity, we'd forget they exist
