        He's not underatted at all, many expert and boxing fans rate him as an ATG. he just not a star

        but boxing or all sports must have this kind of character

              He's a top 20 ATG fighter; only Ray Robinson & Monzon can be considered better MWs I don't know anybody who think Hearns is better than him.

                      Interesting. I never considered Hagler to be underrated by either serious or casual fans. I think he receives the respect he deserves.
