Yall sound like idiots wanting Maidana to take a paycut and a stepdown in his career to give this undeserving bum a handout? lol Thurman pave your own way to the top and stop trying to piggy back of Maidana,Mayweather,Malliangi names lol, these dude literally been using everyone name he cant to get him some spot light meanwhile not fighting anyone.
To reiterate what I said earlier....I can't tell if you're trolling or if you are ******. You said "Thurman hasn't beat anybody lol". Using this reason as a reason to not fight Thurman is a vicious cycle that keeps repeating itself. People ask "Who has Thurman fought that's credible", while simultaneously ducking him for that very reason which starts the whole cycle all over again. Meanwhile Thurman has to keep fighting bums while "so called" boxing fans like you ******ly ask "When is Thurman going to fight a top 10 fighter?" Do you see how this cycle keeps repeating? Or did you never make it past the 5th grade

        It is...

From Mayweather to Thurman, is that a step up?

From Alexander to Thurman, that's actually a step up. Thurman, to me at least, is a better fighter than Alexander, Bradley, I think he beats Maidana, Porter. Thurman is on par with Brook IMO. I'm fine with Guerrero because he's a good name and good action fight for Khan against a guy who's not known for his power.

But Maidana going from 24 tough rounds vs Mayweather to Thurman is going backwards, unless he would have been KO'ed or savagely Gatti'd by Mayweather, then he'd have to STFU and fight Thurman.

You go from Broner, Mayweather 2x, you'll feel like you're rebuilding again, and Maidana doesn't have to do that, even though he lost twice. He didn't get KO'ed or completely outclassed. I'm all for Maidana vs Khan II, Pacquiao, Canelo.
Maidana could beat Khan if he comes ala Broner-Mayweather, but he's gonna get destroyed by Pacquiao and Canelo.

Why is anyone expecting maidana to jump right back in with a guy like Thurman? He's coming off two back to back losses can the guy get a confidence booster before stepping back in with the elite at ww? I don't think he minds getting in with Khan for obvious reasons.

Thurmann is not a step up from Devon, lets be honest here..

Thumann fighting Devon wud be a step up for Thurmann...So how on earth is Khan fighting Thurmann a step up from Devon? I am talking strictly resumes and positioning

Maidana is coming off two losses, right now he is in no position to be a picky ****. Although i see his reasoning for not wanting to fight Thurmann, high risk, low reward...the same then should apply for Khan, high risk low reward..

              People need to be consistent.

So wait, Maidana lost to Alexander (the guy who Khan beat), Maidana lost to Khan himself and wants a rematch?

so he's coming from 2 loses and he wants a guy that beat him 2 years ago?
makes no sense, why don't he fight Thurman to start rebuilding his record.

Maidana needs to fight Thurman, Guerrero, Alexander or Porter, then he can start calling out top names again.

I have been saying it all week..

Have floyd-manny on May 2nd, and have khan fight either Bradley or Maidana rematch.. If khan is successful, he can land floyd or manny...

That would give khan a legit top level win, and would legitimize him in terms of deserving a shot at floyd/manny

                    ^^ This.

Maidana coming from 2 loses, he's no right to call the shots right now.
