I hear you, but this is where the handwrapping accusations track back to, because had shown to take a good punch from fighters like campas, marquez, quartey, wright and he got dropped and rocked throughout this fight....tito might have had his hands wrapped illegally for this fight as well, we will never know..

But you cant put tape on directly on the hands you got to have the gauze as well...so idk

Tito never used illegal handwraps or had illegal substances there, all this stems from the Bhop fight, where even Bhops team has said that all that was happening at the time was that Tito's trainer had wrapped it round an extra time so it was slightly thicker. No controversy, the trainer said fine and wrapped it back up. No illegal substances whatsoever.

Vargas needed more experience before Tito. That was the best time period for great fights.

Put any of these fighters against each other and it would be a great fight:
ODLH, Mosley, Vargas, Trinidad, and Mayorga. Everyone fought each other eventually except Mosley and Trinidad... damn shame that fight never happened!

All I know is that fight left me traumatized for a few days. That last round was pretty brutal. Props to Vargas for taking that fight. Always thought he and David Reed would have been a good scrap..
