Reading is fundamental. Where did I say he makes less than Floyd and why would I admit something I didn't? They have a contract, so they both have to answer to each other for holding up their end of the contract. Now was there REALLY any need for insults?

I agree Espinoza is a clown. No, he shouldn't have to get involved but these are not your average fighters. you are dealing with Manny/Bob who keep refusing deals and win the PR war.
Floyd has never once said what you posted so come on dude.
The bottom line is as of this post-CBS is still prepared to pay Floyd the $70 mil they owe him for the last 2 fights on the deal. Until this changes- Anyone arguing they are not making money or are unhappy is speculating purely because its Floyd.
Another point-CBS has kept Floyd on even after all the negative press since DV has become a major issue. They didn't let him go after the ray rice quotes, Rachel Nichols interview, fight game crap, etc. Why would they keep someone with such a negative image if they weren't making profit?Comment

Second, his opponents don't average $10m either. For instance, Maidana's guarantee was $1.5m, with some PPV upside (a little more for the rematch).
Finally...how does this # show you that PPV #'s have to hit 1m in order for Showtime to break even? Go ahead, tell me.Comment

First of all, Mayweather's purse varies on a fight to fight basis. So the $41.5m is something you pulled out your ass. There was speculation that the deal could earn him up to 200-250m. Speculation.

Well... first of all, who said Al is going back to NBC? Let's assume he does, do you know who owns HBO? NBC does. You think NBC is going to put faith in Al Haymon on free TV when they took them off of the #1 channel for boxing in US? BWAHAHA!!!!! Come on man...
Floyd does draw in a lot of money, but he keeps it all for himself and when you do that people don't want to work with you. This is why THE FIGHT is trying to be made because Floyd's drawing power has gone down a lot since he days of 1 million PPV's. Yeah, he's had more than 2 million buys twice now, but he also hasn't hit a million in 3 out of the last 4.
Huh? everything we've read is that the Main Events deal with NBCsports expired and Haymon has a deal in place. Could you be wrong yet again?
Everyone's drawing less on PPV with prices being so high-that said, Floyd is still far and away the #1 guy. So if CBS is going to stay involved with PPV boxing why would they do it without the #1 guy?Comment

16,000 capacity structure...again read my initial post regarding this. If you simply google around about temporary structures it becomes clear that the costs surrounding temporary stadiums begin to increase greatly at capacities over 19,000. Why would they build a 16,000 seat outdoor stadium ala Frampton-Martinez when the MGM Grand has several thousand larger capacity than that already?Comment

It's a no brainer. Floyd has 2 fights left. Negotiating a fight with PAC now leaves room for a rematch if called for.
2 Floyd-PAC fights maximize earnings.Comment
