Apparently Al Haymon is trying to make Cotto vs Mayweather 2, on May 2. He is trying to still Cotto from Canelo, rumors says that Cotto will be offered a Huge pursue. If they can't get Cotto they might move Mayweatherar's ppv to April 25.

We're talking about Mayweather and Cotto here. Rules that would be inforced to ordinary fighters with ordinary drawing power do not apply yo these two. They can override these rules. It's politics.
