Mares-Gonzalez 2 is a really good fight , though; might get leeched for a different card.

gbp has options on jhonny gonzalez.

Ill bet that if given the opportunity to chose, with a "theorical" equal purse Cotto takes FMJr. any day. I also believe that he will take the fight even for a smaller purse than fighting Canelo.

I'm 100% sure that deep inside, Cotto thinks that he can beat Floyd and Ill back him up 150%!

you prefer cotto/canelo or Floyd/cotto rematch?

I'm glad Stephen A. is putting a lot of pressure on Mayweather not to fight Khan, the threat of announcing that if he opts for Khan, he'll announce Mayweather is ducking Pacquiao may be inaccurate but I like it. This fight might end up being more exciting and competitive than the first.

            Why Cotto again?

Al Haymon needs to get Mayweather to fight Pac, and Arum needs to get Pac to fight Mayweather.

I gotta hear what the weights would be first.

Cotto still doesn't have the right hand that would enable him to take advantage of the openings he does create with his skills and experience. I certainly wouldn't blame him for trying to make the fight though, he's in the drivers seat. So much so that this is the first admission that Floyd would move his date (assuming the source is credible).

Roach's trash talk will help promote this fight. This is the closest he can get into TBE's head. Make it happen.
