Wlad was never better

Well unlike some I don't judge a fighter on his capabilities against a skillless robot.
He wasn't anywhere near as quick on his feet or threw as many punches against Pulev as he did against Chagaev for instance or Peter. I'm not saying he looked bad the other night, in fact, other than the expected clinching, I thought he looked good.
Still doesn't change the fact that he looked more like his age vs Povetkin, his best recent opponent than at any other time.Comment

He's just a ****ing hater.
It wouldn't matter if Wladimir outboxed a grizzly bear!
LacedUp and his "friends" will try and tell us that he looked like garbage doing it and the grizzly bear didn't have very good "footwork"

I judged his performance against Kubrat Pulev, a 6'4" 240lb mountain of muscle with top level skills and a perfect record vs good opponents and who fought WK with intent. A hard punch and a strong chin.
A guy who would destroy any pre80's HW and atleast decision Foreman.
And he destroyed him.Comment

its the level of compitition wlad has faced that makes his resume not as impressive to some. you don't have to be a hater to snicker when someone is talking up the klit.Comment

You've been calling a lot of people haters recently.
You are pretty decent poster, don't sink to the level of Weltschmerz and co.Comment

I agree; Wladimir is beginning to look his age. Thankfully, he still has enough in him to stay champ for a few years yet.Well unlike some I don't judge a fighter on his capabilities against a skillless robot.
