    i go with chino. once he lands on thurman, and he will, one time won't know what to do, and will get eventually stopped.
    He definitely won the khan fantasy fight! he landed one punch and the fight was over. Then they fought for real.

      Thurman stops him. Maidana has improved, but he's still vulnerable to the body and has never faced a puncher like Thurman before.

        Nor has Thurman faced a puncher like Maidana. Out of the two Maidana has faced the bigger puncher in Ortiz.

          I'd have to side with Maidana.
          Thurman panics too much under pressure and I don't trust his chin.

          I can see Thurman getting timed coming in with a big overhand right.

            Come on man, Ortiz knocked out a bunch of nobodies. I don't see how his KOs are any different to Chaves'.

            It's not just about who takes the other's punches better anyway, Thurman fights on the move so he's harder to hit, Maidana walks face first into punches.

              lol come on dan Maidana can't even time a microwave. He has no sense of timing.

              Thurman would fight on the backfoot and make Maidana walk into some huge shots.

                There's a reason that Maidana and his team flat out ducked One Time, Thurman although unproven, would murder Maidana in the later rounds IMO. Maidana does have a puncher's chance and wouldn't go down without a fight so this makes it a very exciting fight.;

                  This is flawed logic, it's like saying if Alexander schooled Maidana for every single round, imagine what Thurman would do?

                    Both Ortiz and Khan were more powerful punchers at 140 than what Chaves has shown at 147. He's never dropped or even seriously hurt anyone close to relevant and has lost both times he's stepped up.

                    Btw Maidana showed he can time a fighter like Floyd there's no reason to think he can't time Keith fcking Thurman.

                      Thurman has better movement and would land more on Maidana than vice-versa. I also doubt Maidana's ability to finish Thurman off if he had him hurt/buzzed, considering he couldn't do it to Khan or Broner(Guy coming up from LW)
