Is Froch an ATG

Froch has the best resume of any super middleweight ever, in my opinion. That counts for something.

Don't know if he's ATG, I have a feeling more americans would say he was if he was American. He's easily a HOFamer and possibly the greatest british fighter ever or for a very long time at least.

Funny how people claim he should move up. And do what exactly? Froch is a fit guy and is able to stay in his weightclass where throughout the years, it just so happens that there were great fights.

Did everyone suddenly forget that the LHW division stunk for years and has only recently become a little better?

Froch's resume is just better than his. Ward has the best win (Froch), but Froch has more quality in depth.

i think so. he has taken on all comers, avenged his loss to kessler which was very close fight anyway and the only fighter to beat him his andre ward who will most likely go undefeated his whole career anyway

Well there you are talking about the absolute royalty, actually divinity, of boxing echelons.

Just because you are an ATG doesn't necessarily mean you are challenging or comparing to them..

I think most would agree Froch is a top 5 super middleweight of all times. That should count for something.

Not sure he's ATG though, but if he was american i'm sure he'd be considered as such.

Adrien Broner also won belts in 3-4 divisions or whatever it is. Who did he beat?

Hearns is undoubtedly a great fighter, in terms of quality wins I'm just asking why it's so far-fetched to compare him to someone who has stacked up an impeccable resume 15 world title fights on the spin, incl. beaten multiple past, current and future champions.

Hearns has a good resume: Cuevas at 147, Duran at 154, Benitez at 154, Andries, Roldan, and Virgil Hill at 160 to 175.... Maybe should have had Ray Leonard as well.

I just don't feel like it's definitely better than Froch. And if it is, it's not out of his stratosphere..

he is definitely ATG imo. has the resume, has the skills, has the charismatic personality, has the warrior attitude, etc.
