Is Froch an ATG

i noticed someone earlier saying Froch isn't an ATG,I was just wondering what everybody else thought..

Froch may have lost to Andre Ward but it was a hard fought fight for both men.

Froch has an ATG Resume with only one loss

How come the same person that said Froch isn't an ATG would say that Tommy Hearns who was knocked out by a better fighter is an ATG

"ATG" is just too general. I'm sure he ranks among the greatest boxers ever to some degree but are we talking top 10, 100, 1000, 10,000?
