I am a big GGG fan but how come nobody from the media asked for Ward?

How much more? Ward is going to want a big payday, so will GGG. Both will want about 3 million a piece. Where is that money going to come from?

If Ward can make fights, why isn't he fighting? just answer that.

Idgaf, I'd watch Ward v Golovkin. Am I excited about it? well, does anyone get excited about a Ward fight?

ward does very well on HBO, and draws well in oakland.

it's only euros who don't get up for his fights, and that's because he castrated your heroes.

if he were andre buckland, from the shire, you'd have a freaking poster up on your wall.

Agreed. The fight would probably look a lot like Mayweather/Marquez.

          pay per view.

there is no way these two will fight on regular HBO. HBO won't spend that kind of money on one fight. thaty's probably a third of tyheir budget for the year. maybe half.

what if it ends with a headbutt in round 3?

Not when given alternatives. Golovkin is outselling him in his home state. Tells its own story.

and I might not be his biggest supporter but he had better ratings against Rodriguez than GGG had against Geale.
How about comparing his ratings in the same month when Golovkin fought Stevens? (1.4m, peak 1.6m). Can't do that, gotta paint a false picture...

Like I said, I'd watch it but it's not a fight fans would get massively excited about.

i don't think the size advantage would be nearly that great. golovkin was a middleweight int he amateurs 10 years ago. he gets on a treadmill and sweats down to make 160, and limits his eating throughout camp.

marquez ate a dozen quail eggs, pounded full glasses of piss, to get to a chubby 143 lbs. he was back down to 133 in his next fight, and was actually there during the week of the fight. they were separated essentially by two weight classes, and one could argue that they were really separated by three.

now, in terms of the tactical domination, where a superior fighter recuced another to wandering around the ring and eating counterpunches, i agree with you.

maybe golovkin's jab troubles ward. i still doubt it. ward has the chin, the physical strength inside, and the craft to land the counters.

                  easy work.

Golovkin doesn't want to take the risk.

Compared the ratings of their last fights, that's the most up to date picture dude, nothing false about it.
