Bob Arum is a genius.

Do you really think I care about bars on the side of this site?I've called your thread out for what it is, a load of nonsense spewed by some red-barred Flomo who is willing to believe a web of contradictory lies from the illiterate woman beater just because in some way you feel he represents you.
Anyhow this is really another veiled Mayweather-Pacquiao thread meaning you should receive the banhammer asap. Talk some real boxing, not this garbage.
Let's talk real boxing, bro. Remember when Hatton looked like a clown ramming that turn buckle? That took me back to when I used to watch wrestling. Every time I re-watch that fight, I have to let out a Rick Flair "WOOOOOO!" after a very long sustained laugh.
Woooooo!Comment

Great, another triangle theorist....styles make fights. Obviously Manny and Floyd are different boxers. A counter puncher fares better against a puncher than another counterpuncher....it's common sense...Also you failed to mentioned about the catchweight.Comment

Probably because the catchweight had no bearing on the outcome.Comment

Bob Arum's genius is the ******ity of the American Public. I would not call that genius, just a lack common sense by a lot of people. Every since the first negotiation failed, I have been posting on BS that Arum would not put Manny in the ring with FMJ for the simple reason Arum does not believe Manny can win. Why is anyone shocked by that? Seriously!!! The way Manny fights and the type of mistakes he makes. Arum and Roach realize that FMJ would be his toughest opponent. Roach has said it many times when he is not trying to blow smoke. Again, if Manny keeps failing the Marquez test, what sense does it make to put Manny in the ring with FMJ when you(Arum) do not believe Manny has a snow balls chance in hell of winning. Just keep mentioning FMJ's name when you are about to fight, and the hype train begins for something that can only happen if Arum decides he wants to pursue it. That last statement has been and will always be the impediment to the FMJ/MP fight happening.Comment

Because of the money. If he is going to risk losing to JMM 4 and possibly 5 times, why not rake in the most $ he can get with Mayweather ( there could have been 2-3 bouts by now at the very least) since it's no secret Pac has some financial problems. I don't buy it...not like Pac has an unbeaten record to protect.Bob Arum's genius is the ******ity of the American Public. I would not call that genius, just a lack common sense by a lot of people. Because of the money? Arum would have made the fight because of the money? Why didn't Arum make De La Hoya VS. Mayweather?Because of the money.
