    Bob Arum is a genius.

Mr. Arum learned something from the Vietnam War and was able to apply it to the boxing world.

There are a fair amount of people, including myself, who believe that the Vietnam war was not meant to be "won." The war was meant to be sustained because war is big business for international bankers, arms dealers, etc. The war enhanced patriotic sentiment in some, and diminished it in others, but what was of utmost importance was that the money kept rolling in to the greedy rulers of this world.

I never realized how good Arum was at what he has done until talking to fanatical Pacquaio fans lately (which I've avoided doing most of my time at this forum). They really have no idea that Arum had no plans on putting Manny in with Floyd. If he did so, that would "end the war" because he himself believes Manny will lose and all the hype will be over. By not only avoiding the fight, but pretending to want it with bogus negotiations, etc., he could keep the money flowing in from Pacquaio fights and align Pacquaio with the greatest boxer of our generation. That gravy train was to be sustained for as long as possible. It did, however, hit a speed bump with Marquez.

How diabolical. But hey, if you're talking business, we have to admit it's genius. Why do you think Floyd doesn't want to deal with this scum. He knows he was wasting his time.

Say what? How does that disprove the theory? Please explain.

I mentioned above already that it ran into a speed bump when he got KTFO by Marquez, but how does that prove Bob Arum hasn't been using the potential for this fight as publicity and not ever making real effort to make it happen? Why does he keep faking negotiations with the last time being only a few weeks ago?

You mean Arum protected Pacman from a boring, running, clinching, UD'ying, roiding chicken? Arum has put Pacman in front of far more dangerous fighters than a boring, running, clinching, UD'ying, roiding chicken. No one ducks a boring, running, clinching, UD'ying, roiding, ducking chicken. None, nada, zero. Aks Ortiz.

What would have happened to you Pacroaches if Pac accepted during the first negotiation and lost? You probably wouldn't even be a boxing fan.

Arum has no faith that Pac can beat Floyd.

Thanks for stopping by to comment

They claim Mayweather can't read. You probably can because you're on a forum, but you won't. In my opinion, that's worse. Too bad you didn't read. You might learn something.
