Why does anyone pay any attention to this fool - he's absolutely a waste of power, speed, tenacity and boxing opportunity.
In an era of 1000 titles in 100 weight classes, he's been nothing but a head case of unrealized talent. If he had any integrity, he'd retire so no other human thought from a fan or contributor of the sport would be allocated to him.Comment

This is simple. Kirkland clearly does not trust 50 Cent. Kirkland has been around long enough to know when he hears bullsh. I wouldn't be surprised if 50 was trying to fast talk Kirkland on the money, and now wants to tell media that Kirkland must have misunderstood. It's always easy to blame the fighter for not taking a fight.Comment

James Kirkland is just a plain morron, I hope he gets knocked out in his next fight for being an idiot.Comment

This goofball gets more ignorant as time goes by. Wonder how he'll be at 40 with no moolah? Idiot.Comment

50 needs to sell his fighters contracts to other promoters that have the relationships and boxing business acumen. This game is different - kirklands lawyer stated that kirkland has a guarantee in his contract. Dude should have never left Golden Boy period! Imagine all of the fights he could have made.Comment

Pity, Kirkland has a style that even if he loses fans will want to see more of. A Kirkland/Rosado fight would have been exciting to see. But Kirkland is really screwing himself because obviously he's not fighting, but other promoters and managers are going to look at him and start to consider him as a risk they'd rather not take. I'd like to hear Kirkland's side of the story.Comment
