Michael Miller, legal adviser to junior middleweight contender James Kirkland (32-1, 28KOs), has no idea when his client will return to the ring. At this point, there is a good possibility that Kirkland will sit out until 2015.
Miller, and Kirkland's promoter Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson, were under the impression that a deal was reached for a November 8th bout against Gabe Rosado. The fight would open up the HBO broadcast from the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, where Bernard Hopkins and Sergey Kovalev would battle in the televised main event.
