      My point is..........

My point is that Floyd is the typical "American". All they think about is money and it is ruining him right now. It can never be just about money. If it is, that's a problem with anyone. He's not a good person or fair one for that matter. He wants ALL of the money. ALL of the girls. ALL of the fan's support. He refuses to make money with anyone and that is ruining him. FACT.

What's reported by the NSAC is the amount paid to the fighter that night. By law a certain percentage of a fighters (Pacquiaos) purse has to be paid on fight night with the remainder paid after. So when someone like floyd reports that Pac's highest purse was $6mil, that's not accurate. $6mil was just a portion of the entire guarantee.

I know that as part of Pac's contract renewal, he's Arum and HBO got together to guarantee Pac a $20mil guarantee per fight so long as Pac is contracted to fight on HBO

You're talking about two different things. Whether a percentage of the guarantee is paid on or by fight night doesn't affect what he has to report to the NSAC.

to be fair he's stated countless times he gives no ****s on ones perspective regarding his character. he just wants to make money and thats that. i understand where you are coming from tho because an egotistical behavior would ruin anyone due to a lack of clarity on whats best.

Now maybe he gave Maidana Argentenian ppv revenue but I dont think Floyd gave up any U.S ppv.
That's not the same thing as saying Cotto gets no ppv Deevel916. I don't know what Maidana got, just that it was more than the $1.5 mil guarantee.

He may be a greedy narcissist, but that doesn't make the statement that fighters get more fighting Manny than they do him true.

Do you think Pac's highest purse was $6mil (according to Floyd)?

I don't know what his highest purse is and neither do you. We do know what he has to report to the NSAC as his guarantee (read: guarantee) and that's that.

that's not according to Floyd. Read the article I sent you above. The author indicated Manny is usually guaranteed around that amount and then gets the bulk of his total purse from PPV.

That whole "bulk from PPV" angle doesn't make sense. Yeah I could see another $5-7m. Tops $10m but that's a stretch. Anyway, Pac is still the second highest paid fighter in the world. Clocking $15m a fight is nothing to sneeze at.
