    Total $11.5 Million

Canelo Alvarez - $5 million guarantee
    Marcos Maidana 1 - $1.5 million guarantee
    Marcos Maidana 2 - $3 million guarantee
    Total $9.5 million

It's interesting that Chris Algieri is getting paid just as much as Maidana got paid for his first fight with Mayweather. Even more interesting is that Rios earned more for his fight than Maidana earned in the rematch.

Also worth noting is that Cotto earned $12 million vs Pacquiao and $8 million vs Mayweather. Does anybody know why Pacquiao's opponents get paid more?
Because Floyd is the piece of **** he claims Bob Arum is lol

Showtime got themselves into a big mess by paying Floyd a guaranteed $32mil per fight. Therefore there's very little left to pay his opponents.

Of course, but a rematch clause doesn't ensure any larger fee and definitely doesn't ensure his opponents fighting under his banner in the future.

you've used 3 fights, is that a big enough sample? in Canelo's case you shorted the number. How about using a larger sample and include guys like cotto and hatton and shane.

I think he's using figures from the start of Floyd's Showtime contract.

why are you comparing the total from the manny fight (including ppv revenue) with just the guarantee (without the ppv revenue) from the mayweather fight?
