he could have rehydrated after official weigh in.

he waited til fight night to rehydrate so he can weigh light at the fight night weighin.

so when he beat pac he can claim he wasn't much bigger.

he only has himself to blame.

i don't give a **** if pac fights cotto or not with a cw.

it's up to them to negotiate.
I said Oscar destroyed HIMSELF before the bell rang , did you miss that ?

He could not rehydrate after the weighin , thats why he needed IV transfusions , there comes a point the body will not rehydrate quickly it actually rejects fluids by natural means , again you show your ignorance to these facets of boxing , I really dont know why you shoot your mouth of on these subjects when you dont understand what your talking about , fanism !

The only WW fight where Pacquiao asked for a CW other than JMM 3. It was done to drain him and weaken him because he knew the level of fighter MC is. If it was about leveling the size difference, why wouldn't he ask the massive WW Joshua Clottey for a catch weight? It makes no sense.

Cotto was Pacquiao's first real fight at welterweight. The only other fight he had at welterweight was against de la hoya, which wasnt a real fight.

I don't even think Oscar was ranked at welterweight, I don't remember.

Pacquiao-ODLH was NOT at a CW. It was at the full WW limit of 147. That's another myth that has been pushed for years that people take as fact. He fought Oscar at the full limit and then decided to jump back down to a CW after? Pacquiao and Roach aren't dumb, they knew what they were doing.

ODLH only moved down for Pacquiao fight, he wasn't ranked at WW.

So you're saying Pacquao vs De La Hoya was a real fight?

Pacquiao beat the same Welterweight De La Hoya that Shane Mosley beat? That's incredible. At his first fight at welterweight too. Usually fighters take years to adjust to a higher weight.

JCC and Whitaker was at a catch weight.

To me, a lot of this shit concerning it is fanboy, forum generated.

Gloves, ring size, a lot of this shit has been part of the pro game for a long time.

I think Cotto at his optimum weight as of now has a solid chance of beating Pac.

Why would Manny's team allow it?

                  They wouldn't.

                  Doubt a rematch ever happens.

You have like a gift for reading shit that isn't there. I said it was at full WW limit. I made no mention of if it was a real fight or not. Clearly ODLH was shot and incredibly drained. That doesn't explain why he only made Cotto go to 145 and all the other WW's got to come in at the full 147.

Pacquiao adjusted awfully damn quick AFTER the Cotto fight then. He never needed another CW at welterweight before he had to pry JMM away from GBP for their trilogy fight.
