Manny is not in a position to ask Floyd to leave. Manny and his team have asked fighters that do not generate as much as he did to leave their promoter as a condition of getting a manny fight. No one called these requests roadblocks. So when Floyd and his team ask a fighter that does not generate as much as he did to leave their promoter as a condition of getting a Floyd fight, it is troubling to now call this a "roadblock". In recap-you asked for an example of Bob being an impediment- I gave that to you and then you said "uh I'm talking about now". Then when I point out that you and virtually no one on NSB said "asking a potential opponent to leave their promoter" was not a "roadblock", you give an "if ..." scenario rather than talk about what actually happened.
The only way Floyd is an impediment is that he isn't giving bob and Manny what manny wants to make a fight.

How can people say it's too late for this fight, look at how many pages of comments for this. What if both Manny and Floyd's camp conspired to withhold the fight until the last leg of their careers. You can write an essay detailing how both sides have roadblocked this bout. Think about it, since 2009, both Manny and Floyd have been using each others' names to promote their upcoming fight. They fool fans into thinking "ok, after this fight it's finally going to happen." But after their fights are done, they don't speak on the topic anymore, because they already cashed in. They are both playing with the public.
Mayweather v Pac is the biggest fight of the last decade and longer. Mayweather wants that to be the flagship promotion of Mayweater Promotions, he doesn't want to share it, he wants it so Mayweather Promotions supersede Top Rank and Golden Boy as the biggest promotional outfit in the sport. That fight is a massive asset to whoever promotes it, and Mayweater obviously wants it to be for his company, not someone else's.

Those aren't demands those are statements in response to specific questions. Many of them coming after Floyd already announced he wasn't working with them. Not one has anything to do with a negotiation.
