It certainly was a good shot. Had there been 30 seconds left would Maidana have finished him? Maybe, but there wasn't 30 seconds left. It took a couple rounds to fully recover, but he did and won. Floyd is slipping, but there's no shame in that. No one is forever young. He's still a great fighter. Maidana is a bruiser, but Floyd did what he had to do and won. I don't like him, but I give him his credit.

Good post. Glad to see an unbiased poster for once. Floyd is aging, but he's still fun to watch. I hope he goes out on top.

They think it's a movie and they're waiting for the ending where the bad guy gets his comeuppance.

            Check your history

Floyd did get hit with a good shot but so what. It's boxing. Who was the 1st to the center of the ring the next round. Check Mosley fight after 2 devastating blows who was 1st to center of ring. People saying if it was 30 seconds left lol. Zab, Corley, Mosley all had well over 30 seconds left and????

Another fact is: he had no choice to recover from it, they went directly into a break.

Oh my god he missed a punch! lol. It really is lonely on the throne man I will tell ya. Floyd is so good that if he even shows a glimpse of humanity, or weakness or an opponent wins a couple of rounds, Floyd sucks, hes a bum, hes a chicken, fraud etc. You Floyd haters need to really sit back and let some things sink in. This is a man who is 47-0 over 16+ years and 5 weight divisions. He has literally....literally...had 2-3 close fights in his whole career. Two of those he had rematches and beat them convincingly by UD. He has beaten a multitude of undefeated fighters and when all is done he will have beaten 5-6 HOF fighters (almost all with ease). His glove has touched the canvas ONE time in his entire career. He makes elite level fighters look ordinary, he has beaten every type of fighter and has taken shots from monster punchers. What the **** else does he need to do? Fight Pacquiao? Please man. People just hate perfection, they just cannot handle it and have to rip it apart. Its sad.
You flowmos forget he ducked "bull" cotto at 147 lbs.

That's because he was hurt, which he and everybody else acknowledges. He was also hurt for most of the 4th, and Maidana couldn't do ****.
