I know you're not serious. But I'm just highlighting what you're saying makes no sense.

They may aswell be sparring gloves? No, not really.

They're 8 Oz. Fighters spar in 16 Oz.

Power locks aren't even in most padded gloves and it doesn't matter how padded a glove is if they're 8 Oz they're capable of easily knocking a man out cold.

Floyd haters really amuse me, its just astonishing. They hate him so much, they have to focus on every detail, no matter how small or even inconsequential to criticize his performances. Oh my god, he got a bloody nose! Oh my god his lip is swollen! Oh my god he missed a punch! lol. It really is lonely on the throne man I will tell ya. Floyd is so good that if he even shows a glimpse of humanity, or weakness or an opponent wins a couple of rounds, Floyd sucks, hes a bum, hes a chicken, fraud etc. You Floyd haters need to really sit back and let some things sink in. This is a man who is 47-0 over 16+ years and 5 weight divisions. He has literally....literally...had 2-3 close fights in his whole career. Two of those he had rematches and beat them convincingly by UD. He has beaten a multitude of undefeated fighters and when all is done he will have beaten 5-6 HOF fighters (almost all with ease). His glove has touched the canvas ONE time in his entire career. He makes elite level fighters look ordinary, he has beaten every type of fighter and has taken shots from monster punchers. What the **** else does he need to do? Fight Pacquiao? Please man. People just hate perfection, they just cannot handle it and have to rip it apart. Its sad.

How many million did he get for that slap? He can't read? Where do I sign up for his school of illiteracy? Floyd is a genius on so many levels. He is just saying the punch hurt to soothe the anger among the rabble. Give the Maidana fans a towel to cry on.

I think it actually took a couple of rounds for Mayweather to recover from the punch at the end of the 3rd. The 6th round was the most fatigued I've seen Mayweather in any fight. Maidana is bruising fighter who hurts almost everyone he's ever fought. He actually fought a smart fight however, Mayweather out smarted him with well time clinches. I'm curious to see how Mayweather performs in his next fight. Another performance like this would confirm to me that he's slipping.

I'm a Floyd fan, but I'm a keep it 100%. Floyd looked like **** (according to his ridiculously high standards) and Bayless was dreadful. That said, the hate for Floyd is pathetic around here. Its gone from annoying to entertaining to disturbing over the years.

Wasn't it floyd that didn't want maidana using approved punchers gloves in the 1st place? "He worries about his health doe"

It is a testament to Floyd's greatness that after 18 years as a pro, multiple titles in multiple divisions, you can count the number of times he has been even moderately hurt on one hand. Those that can't wait to see him lose will be waiting for quite some time yet. A semi-retired Filipino congressman certainly isn't going to do it.

Floyd held the top rope when he went back to his corner.

Thanks for your history but didn't Chino have on MX gloves versus Broner, Glass Jaw Khan??? He hit Broner clean all night and couldn't knockout a true 135lb fighter. Gloves have nothing to do with it. Good punch but Floyd woulda done the same thing fight outcome would be no different.
