No, just showing how your made up rule fails.
Your definition is "Standing. Up right. Soles of your feet on the canvas. Then you're on your legs"
Is josesito Lopez doing that? No, so your rule clearly contradicts itself and fails. The corrupt ref allowed him to fight while not on his legs (Knocked down). Im not sure if he should be DQ or ortiz for throwing punches at a man who is not on his legsLast edited by LouIE G; 09-08-2014, 12:22 AM.Comment

we can make a case that ortiz was up at 9, but the ref is making sure ortiz' head was clear therefore not paying attention to that split second he was rising before the ref waived it off... imo he was up at 9 but should have elected to get up at 8, it was a second he would have had to recover while the ref checks his gloves.Comment

I've always assumed that there is an unspoken rule that you get up by 8 at the latest and hold out your gloves/nod your head towards the ref's directions I'm the following few seconds before resuming.
It's a clean stoppage; you could see it on Roberto's face as well as his actionComment

He constantly undermines 2 Legends as if they're both shot Berto-caliber fighters.
How are you not a troll if you predict Rios via Jab?
I'm not saying Algieri isn't possibly going to cause Pacquiao problems, I'm just saying that there is no way PacMan loses to him.Comment

"The boxer is considered to still be in a downed position when in the act of rising from a knockdown. "
So since he didn't complete the act of rising until he hit 10, he is counted out.Last edited by racer59; 09-08-2014, 12:38 AM.Comment
