Well, not wide but watching the fight with foreign commentary i thought he was about 4 rounds up. Canelo didn't land anything the whole fight.

Glad i didn't stay up to watch that though, even more boring than Mayweather Canelo. It's never fun watching Canelo punch the ropes and the opponent already be on the other side of the ring.

You can tell by Canelos body language after the fight that he felt he lost! He was missing all night and seemed frustrated at moments. I know some of you will say Lara ran even doe it's called footwork in a "boxing" ring and still he out landed Canelo. What's worse is Canelos post fight interview. The guys attitude is like vomit. Don't worry tomorrow your face is going to look like a "runner" ran all over it

I pretty much agree with the bolded.

Canelo was going all out in the 12th , he obviously tought he needed a K.O.

Lara was being too negative for my tastes, but he still outlanded Canelo, landed the cleaner shots and seemed in control for most of the fight.

Canelo did land some uppercut and some body shot, but nothing to write home about. his punches were often smothered or blocked.

And how can anybody say with a straight face that Canelo should be in the p4p is behind me.

I'm sorry to say this because the guy is not bad, but his carreer shows what's wrong with boxing.

He had a close fight with Trout , a fight heavily influenced by the B.S open scorecards in Saul's favor ( got the first 4 rounds on 2 cards for doing nothing).

He got a draw in one of the scorecards after he got schooled by Floyd.

And now he gets a split decision win in a fight he was losing even according to the usually biased Showtime scorecard.
