You must also think Ali and sugar ray suck since they both applied really good foot work, fought off their back foot and "boxed" yes boxed! You probably like to see fights in a phone booth for 2 reasons: 1. a slugfest 2. To see two guys close together
Btw let me know how Canelos face looks like in the morning when you get up from bed
ali and sugar ray were boxer punchers though....lara is strictly a pure boxer.

Lara has shown he can punch in the past but who's knocking Canelo out? That kid has a hell of a chin. I was telling my brother no way Lara knocks him down. Even when Lara landed the straight lefts the most they did were making melo take one step back then go forward again!

I honestly thought Lara won a slim decision but there was no way he would get an "official" win against the new face of boxing with this performance. He would have to out perform Mayweather, that didn't happen. He would have to get a couple of KD's to win a decision. Didn't happen either. Lastly, he needed a KO to win. With his KO ratio that wasn't going to happen. You might as well live with it. No harm, no foul, Canelo was the money fighter in this one and wasn't going to lose by decision.

but at the end of the day he gave the judges a reason to take it away fromhim by running and clinching, and not throwing alot back at times...those body punches were something else....WOOOOO.....lara only out landed canelo by 10 punches in the power punch landed category...that is not much at all. now lets say lara landed 150 to canelos 97 then we have a different story. no robbery here..

I think that was the most running I ever seen Lara do in the ring.

I honestly had it wide for Lara, but as soon as you hear SD you know Canelo has won. 117-111 is an absolute joke.

Yup....I was thinking he should throw more if he wanted to win it, he didn't so the right guy got the win.
