I've never been flash KOd precisely like that no but I've seen it 100 times and been down from other punches. What's your point urkel? What's that have to do with anything?

groves was out...he tried to get up but it's too obvious his legs are gone. they sat him down for a couple of minutes and when he stood up he was still wobbly.

good stoppage by the ref. he had more feel for what happened inside that ring than anybody else...the sound of that big punch landing, the thud of groves body dropping to the canvass and he looked straight into groves face and eyes before he decided to stop the fight.

You are assuming this. But Groves never even got a chance to be observed after the count and you don't know if groves holds/clinches until the round is over. We never got a a chance to find out.

He needed oxygen after the fight was over whilst sitting on his stool for 5 minutes. We did find out. He was done.

Within the ref's purview to stop the fight if the guy is motionless on the floor, frozen into the kind of contorted shape you otherwise only see in WWII newsclips of the muffified remains of people who had just been vaporized by an atomic bomb.

You are not automatically entitled to a full 10 count. Ref's discretion. Reasonably applied here.

I cant believe there are some idiots here who are complaining about that stoppage.

The ref saw groves out as he hit the canvass, arms stiff, legs twisted and **** and stopped it right there and then. After the ref waived it off groves woke up and rushed to get up but he was out cold for a few seconds and so the ref had to stop it.

I would say groves was unlucky that he woke up a split second late after the ref waived it off. But the ref did the right thing waiving it off right away when he saw groves out cold. And besides froch would have finished him anyway and could have seriously hurt him if that fight continued.
