Let's change the rules of boxing since a ref doesn't have to count or pick up a count in some peoples eyes.

If a fighter goes down, he loses.

This is the new age of boxing. No more drama, no more 4 counts or 8 counts. Just stop the fight.

If a fighter is out like Groves was he's in no state to continue even if he comes around.

At first I admit I was unsure, but his leg being bent like that made me change my mind and I knew he was out for atleast 3-4 seconds.

Either way Froch knocked him out and that was that, I'm still not a fan of Froch but he got the W in spectacular fashion.

Check out the Hatton and Pac KOs. When it's clear the guy is hurt bad, the ref motions the doctors in right away.

This isn't about being biased, it's having basic vision. Anyone with a brain can see he was out cold - conscious people don't lock their arms or twist their leg into completely unnatural positions while they calmly try to "buy time".

No, he wasn't out Pacquiao style. Pacs lights were out. Groves were dimmed.
