If Froch wins, we'll get DeGale, Chavez or Kessler III. If Groves wins, who knows, might be some keep-busy Euro defence.
If Groves wins, he will probably avoid DeGale again and fight Abraham as he has now signed with Sauerland.

Him and Adam Booth were lauded to the high heavens for their "tactical master class" against DeGale which was basically Groves running around and feinting all night - a similarly tedious display as the one that Gaye put on against Valeuv. Stealing a fight by 1 point in a controversial decision = a master class apparently.

He did well for 6 or 7 rounds against Froch and then started blowing out of his arse before getting stopped. His face was a mess afterwards he acts as if he was in complete control until that one moment at the end.
      So true.

The guy actually thinks he dominated Rounds 1-8 and was dominating the 9th until Froch landed like one punch.

      He's delusional.

I honesty still cringe when I think about the "Are you gonna cry? He's gonna cry" stunt he pulled on Ringside.

i dont mind the guy, he can be funny at times and his mind games before the first froch fight were spot on but they seem to be backfiring now as froch is a lot more calm.

groves also has some good wins and performances under his belt.

If he beats Froch and takes his place as the loudmouth bragger who fights everyone, I'll grow to like him, too. Right now it's hard.

              He does!

That would explain the ******ed tendencies he often shows.

To be fair his face was a mess primarily because of Froch's constant hitting on the break and less to do with the Cobras legal punches which he really only started to land clean in the final two rounds.

Aside from that I can't, especially being a lowly BoxingScene novice, dispute your points although I personally quite like Grove's near autistic "no ****s" attitude. Each to their own, I guess.

Well DeGale was a risky fight, both were prospects, so the loser was gonna have to work hard to come back, like DeGale has been doing. Then he got some experience fights like against an old durable Glen Johnson, and now a top fight vs Froch and now Froch again. If I am not mistaken, hasn't there been some small talk between his team and Ward or something like that? It took Froch several years to be recognized as a guy who takes on all comers. Let the resume stack up and see how it looks several years from now.

Gets a 1 point decision win over James DeGale by running and feinting all night. Refuses to give DeGale a rematch, claiming he "bashed him up". Also claimed he "bashed up" DeGale in the amateurs in what was a similarly controversial decision that most feel DeGale won. Has ran from a rematch for years now.

Now with all that in mind, he gets controversially stopped against Froch and then doesn't stop crying, whinging, moaning and b1tching about Froch potentially not giving him a rematch. Puts in 4 or 5 appeals.

The guy is a disciple of Team Hayemaker so he is naturally a very dishonest and hypocritical individual.

Then you must be as delusional as Groves. Groves didn't put on some defensive clinic for the first 7 rounds, he was getting hit with shots.
