    I don't think Pacquaio has, well by The Ring Magazine's rankings atleast. Not too sure perhaps he might have with Hatton, Cotto, and he's fought Bradley and Marquez a few times each so he might have actually.

      -The fight with Groves was in 2010 and Robin Reid was 2012. There was plenty of time to give Anderson a rematch. May be right after Degale instead of taking on Smith. Anderson would have had more than 2 weeks to prepare this time.

      Really it's the fact how badly Groves was crying for a rematch vs Froch and trying to pull a moral high ground "questioning his manhood" that I am bringing up Degale and Anderson. In all fairness Degale is a better fight now and I can care less about Anderson.
