    What does Dawson agreeing to the terms have to do with whether he was actually weight drained on fight night or not?

    Oscar De La Hoya dictated the terms for his fight with Pacquiao - does that mean he wasn't a drained dead man in the fight?

      The point is you don't turn down big fights if they're presented to you and if you're the b-side, you have to make concessions. Bradley would've ****** a thousand ****s to get the Pacquaio fight, come on now. Dawson had to make concessions to get the fight with Ward. It wasn't that he wanted to fight at 168 or in Oakland, he just knew he had to do it.
      Bradley agreed to certain things he did not want to most likely agree to..With both Pac and Marquez..The drug testing in both fights..Yet he did not turn around and use it as the reason to why he loss..If he had I'd be saying the same thing,he should have put it in the contract..Or walked away..

      That's is always an option..Cotto had a better option then most,you not paying Cotto less then a mill to fight..Dude has a big fan base and brought a lot to the table..so did Dawson,quick question..Without Dawson who was Ward going to fight??Exactly,he was in the same fuccking boat as Dawson..ward just knew his worth,while Dawson did not..

        My friend, this exact thing has literally been broken down and gone over atleast 10 times in this thread.

        Seriously, not even joking.

        Here is what the response will be;

        "So what? Dawson signed the dotted line so it's his fault and Ward should get full credit because Dawson agreed"

        It doesn't matter if he's drained. I think Rome agrees that he was dead at the weight (I think) but it doesn't matter to him.

        The guy said he would give Khan full credit for beating Dawson at 140 lbs!!!!!! He actually said that. Because "Dawson agreed to it".

              Dawson agree,Dawson was confident,Dawson said he was prepared..Had Dawson won every single person(including you)would have giving him credit for it..So I don't agree that Ward should have anything taken from him for doing his job..This **** is so simple,it truly is..

                  dead at the weight? what does that even mean, and how does it not apply to brandon rios when he was a f#cking zombie against john murray?
                  It's quite a common term.

                  Yeah like I said Rios definitely struggled badly with Lightweight although I do think it's overstated. He's no where near Dawson level and obviously how Canelo was.

                  No just looking at the fight you can see the weight had a big effect on his performance but he wasn't dead there.

                  Hmm, I'm not so sure. Like I said yes he definitely had big problems making that weight but he's no where near Dawson's level at 168 which naturally he isn't going to be considering the circumstances of the two.

                      If Dawson won, he'd need to be healthy so yeah obviously, but he wasn't healthy.

                      The rest of your post just seems like you're trying to be ironic I know you aren't and you're being serious but I can't help but point that out.
