So in other words you're just not going to respond to any of my points?

You said, "He fought a lot of Ex World Champions that had just lost their title"

Am I supposed to be impressed be that? Because that doesn't impress me.

Well I watch his fights with Robin Reid, a subpar opponent and I definitely don't see "Special", I don't see "Special" in his fight with Hopkins and I don't even see "Special" in his fight with Kessler either.

He looked "Special" against Jeff Lacy or maybe it could be the fact Jeff Lacy is awful? That never crossed your mind?

Robin Reid was a tough fight, I'll give you that. (see, I'm willing to budge!) But the Byron Mitchell fight was fantastic! He was knocked down, took a great shot, got to his feet, and rather than running away or tying up, he went toe to toe with Mitchell and knocked him out!! Now if that isn't spectacular, I don't know what is.
Byron Mitchell was horrific -- that's not proof of a fantastic performance. And Hopkins was at or nearly 42 when he fought Calzaghe BTW.

Look, Calzaghe was a great fighter, a Hall of Famer. But he wasn't on Jones' level and his style was all wrong for a prime version too.

He's not one of my favorite fighters. You just don't know what you're talking about when it comes to a prime Hopkins.

He was 43 for the Calzaghe fight and yes well passed his prime. Just because he's still performing now whilst even further passed his prime doesn't mean he was magically in his prime in his 40's.

You have no choice but to "Budge" on the Reid fight. It's a fact he struggled in that fight and many thought he lost including myself.

Ok well if you consider an up and down fight with Byron Mitchell to be "Spectacular" then clearly your standards are extremely low.

Well at least you can say that! More than I can say for this other guy.

And look, I'm not talking fantastic performance - I'm saying it was goddamn spectacular! In the true sense of the word. It was fantastic watching, to come back from a knockdown, badly shook and knock the other guy out in the same round? That, to me, is spectacular.

My God, you're an *******. Was the fight or wasn't it entertaining? As for Lacy, I'm sure you were right behind him until he got beat

Nothing spectacular about beating a mediocre pug who lucked into a belt, sorry. And the fact that he got knocked down was disturbing.

Look, let's set aside opposition for one second here. Let's talk ability. Can't you see that he was a special fighter? Just in the way he moves, you can tell if a guy's special. If you've got the eyes that see. Can't you appreciate poetry?

See now you just want to come out on top. You don't want to be left looking ******. Nobody on here does. Very petty. Oneupsmanship. I don't mind looking ****** sometimes, I go with my heart. I can concede a point. Sure I don't know everything, but I know what I like, and I got a eye for poetry.

It was entertaining, yeah. Hardly spectacular though.

No I actually saw Lacy's terrible performance against Omar Sheika and expected him to lose badly, mainly because he's terrible.
