Marquez actually wanted to do USADA testing and not VADA testing. He'll never do VADA testing because of their association with Conte.

The stringent commission testing was the compromise and they tested for everything that VADA or USADA tests for. In fact, Bradley/Pacquiao II used the stringent commission testing as well.

At this point if they are not going to be involved there is not going to be a fight at all. Just put it that way. If this guy doesn***8217;t get drug tested at all by VADA or USADA then the fight***8217;s not going to happen.

Because USADA will not do random drug testing while another agency is doing it at the same time. So that's another reason why NSAC came into play.

Also, Arum is not a fan of either USADA or VADA. He feels it should be handled by the Commission. That's why Team Pacquaio didn't use VADA for his second fight against Bradley, and only used NSAC for random drug testing. They only used VADA for the Rios fight because the fight was being held outside of Nevada, overseas in China.

Hell you can't really explain it on someone 25 + unelss they had a history of it. As much as I don't like the he's cheating thing....JMM does look very suspect and most doctors would lose their mind being told by JMM he wasn't taking something.

Yes, he said that, because he thought he was the boss. And he also didn't read his contract well. Arum said Bradley didn't read his contract correctly, that it doesn't say VADA or USADA. That's why Bradley got quiet afterwards.
