so then why didn't he do USADA and bradley did VADA? in the contract it said vada and usada testing.Marquez actually wanted to do USADA testing and not VADA testing. He'll never do VADA testing because of their association with Conte.
The stringent commission testing was the compromise and they tested for everything that VADA or USADA tests for. In fact, Bradley/Pacquiao II used the stringent commission testing as well.
and pacquiao wanted to do VADA testing for the second fight (bradley confirms this and pac did VADA for his fight with rios), but i guess arum decided that nsac would be doing the extra testing.Last edited by Divine Hammer; 05-20-2014, 11:49 AM.Comment

Can you explain how someone pushing 40 can get severe body acne? The type of acne commonly related to steroid abuse. No, I believe that Arum refused to let Bradley try to force Marquez into doing all testing with two different agencies, and Marquez agreed saying it was silly and just a pointless way to try to annoy him. He said he was fine with one agency, and that was initially the deal until Bardley started making a fuss wanting two agencies. Marquez was never against testing and had agreed to it in the initial deal, but Bardley tried to change it, and that's what Marquez and Arum said no to. Still, it ended being full random testing through the NSAC or whatever their name was.
Whatever you think, Marquez underwent full, random testing as stringent as any agency today, and passed.Comment

no bradley clearly said that if marquez didn't do either USADA or VADA he was going to walk away from the fight. he said this many times. No, I believe that Arum refused to let Bradley try to force Marquez into doing all testing with two different agencies, and Marquez agreed saying it was silly and just a pointless way to try to annoy him. On October 12th, WBO welterweight champion Tim Bradley is scheduled to defend his title against four division champion Juan Manuel Marquez at the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas. There has been some controversy in regards to the random drug testing that will be performed for the fight. Hall of Fame promoter Bob Arum previously stated that he has contracted the Nevada State Athletic Commission to handle th testing while Bradley maintains that either USADA and/or VADA will handle the testing. Bradley shed some more light on the situation during a recent conversation he had with us on BoxingScene Radio. "My contract says VADA USADA is going to be involved. There's nowhere that says a third party is going to be involved. I spoke to (NSAC executive director) Keith Kizer earlier this week, with Marquez and everybody on the phone, and I let him know what my concerns were.
At this point if they are not going to be involved there is not going to be a fight at all. Just put it that way. If this guy doesn***8217;t get drug tested at all by VADA or USADA then the fight***8217;s not going to happen.Last edited by Divine Hammer; 05-20-2014, 11:54 AM.Comment

Because USADA will not do random drug testing while another agency is doing it at the same time. So that's another reason why NSAC came into play.so then why didn't he do USADA and bradley did VADA? in the contract it said vada and usada testing.
and pacquiao wanted to do VADA testing for the second fight (bradley confirms this and pac did VADA for his fight with rios), but i guess arum decided that nsac would be doing the extra testing.
Also, Arum is not a fan of either USADA or VADA. He feels it should be handled by the Commission. That's why Team Pacquaio didn't use VADA for his second fight against Bradley, and only used NSAC for random drug testing. They only used VADA for the Rios fight because the fight was being held outside of Nevada, overseas in China.Comment

Hell you can't really explain it on someone 25 + unelss they had a history of it. As much as I don't like the he's cheating thing....JMM does look very suspect and most doctors would lose their mind being told by JMM he wasn't taking something.Comment

Yes, he said that, because he thought he was the boss. And he also didn't read his contract well. Arum said Bradley didn't read his contract correctly, that it doesn't say VADA or USADA. That's why Bradley got quiet afterwards.no bradley clearly said that if marquez didn't do either USADA or VADA he was going to walk away from the fight. he said this many times.
