Jim Lampley doesnt think Pac style would trouble Floyd.

Most of the time the adaptive boxer win, but not everytime.

And Manny isn't so one dimensional at this point.

He was early in his career, but now dude has head movements, I like his feints too, he can be smart, he outsmarted Bradley in the second fight. I thought he fought a very brillant and smart fight against Cotto too.

Like I said, Floyd is my favourite in this fight but you guys are talking about Manny like dude was an overhyped brawler like Hatton was (no disrespect to Ricky) and it would be a walk in the park for Floyd. I'm not sure about that.

Manny can box, in my opinion he won 9 rounds in the Bradley rematch, I don't know how some people can claim Bradley won the first half of the fight. Manny dominated from the begining to the end. And this against a top ten, younger P4P fighter.

Manny deserves credit for his boxing habilities

Just like a fish he bit on the hook and is now in Mayweather's pocket. Mayweather hits harder than Bradley that's for sure and Pacquiao got his head snapped back plenty of times by the weaker puncher.

Also talk to Maidana about Floyd not being a hard hitter when everytime he got punched in the stomach he backed up and start firing his jab to keep Mayweather away and then bum rush and clinch him to get off his dirty shots. Many see Maidana doing that to control the fight but what I saw was a man with no other options.

Marquez out-boxed Pacquiao every time they fought from the first fight on, the only fight where I seen him totally outclassed was the same fight he put Pacquiao to sleep. Marquez does not have the best legs but he does have counters and he uses combinations in his counters because of his limited footwork. Pacquiao got hit with that overhand right since 2004 and thoroughly out-boxed. Now that was the judges rewarding a fighter the decision because of his marketability at the time. That punch showed why Marquez made Pacquiao avoid him and move up the weight divisions against tailor made opposition until the fight became popular because of Mayweather disintegration of Marquez.
So Pacquiao fought Marquez 4 times, yet, he avoided him.
That's ****in hilarious. You guys killing me.

LOL You have some good points. But your opinion is totally biased.

So Pacquiao looked bad against Bradley, get countered like a bum, but Floyd looked great against Maidana?

You talk about Marquez over the top right hand but I never saw this punch his Floyd's arsenal. Floyd punches straight.

history will remember pac as the fighter of this generation not taking retirements and not cherry picking everything.

I still cant believe im trying to reason with floyd fans.

Dont get me wrong I think that pac fans can be way over the top too but floyd fans are in a class of their own.

I think Floyd's best plan would be to counter off the ropes like he did against Cotto. His head is hard to hit, and while it's easier to go to the body, Pac would be left open to counters.
lol Im sorry I have to say PAC would be the one that is running, May would be the one that's cutting the ring in this fight setting traps and trying to counter him.
Pac would Combo-punch and run all night, Mayweather wont be pushed or man handled against the ropes by a Fouling rugged 165lbs'er Pacquiao. Just NO! I'm sorry lol hate to say it but Jim is right.
