And they both can make money this way.

Yes, but the result would be a New Cold War. Schaefer/Haymon start their own company or move to Mayweather Promotions and they don't put on fights with EITHER Top Rank or Golden Boy. And all the current GBP fighters they try to take with them will be busy with litigation and out of the ring for several months. People actually WANT this to happen?

The ONLY good thing that could result is Ellerbee being demoted, as Schaefer will surely take his role.

Hoya is the majority shareholder so he's the one who's affected the most by the company's profitability. If Hoya was making major dough with Scheafer, there would be zero problems. If the company was doing super well, why would there be any strife at all? This "Hoya is choosing Bob over Schaefer" stuff is ******. This has nothing to do with Arum. Arum has said so as much that Golden Boy's internal problem had nothing to do with him when asked about it. This is obviously about money, or Golden's Boy's profitability.
