Yea he does. He even said Oscar can fire him lol. Pretty sure oscar doesn't have a promoter license. On box rec when it says promoter it says shaefer no oscar. Just like ellerbe is the promoter for mayweather

Majority of the shares = majority of the votes. If oscar has a majority of the shares he can do whatever he wants. He just needs to call a shareholder meeting and tell schafer or anyone else employed in the company to **** off.
